ASRM guidelines and most reputable agencies require home evaluations for gestational carriers before proceeding with embryo transfer. Many states require a documented evaluation for parentage proceedings.

Our evaluation doesn’t dictate your choices. If concerns arise during the evaluation, we discuss them openly. You decide how to proceed. Our role is assessment and documentation, not gatekeeping or manipulation.
Some carriers have been through problematic evaluations where evaluators tried to talk them out of surrogacy or questioned their motivations inappropriately. That’s not our approach.
We assume you’re a competent adult capable of making informed decisions. Our job is to ensure those decisions are truly informed.
