Mike Snaric is Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Families Out Loud (FOL), an advocacy, events, and community organization he founded with his husband, George Moore, following their own surrogacy journey to parenthood. FOL works to make assisted reproductive technology (ART) safer, more ethical, and better understood — and to actively lead, advocate, and shape national and international dialogue around ethical surrogacy and modern family-building.
Mike is also Co-Founder and COO of Families Without Borders (FWB), a surrogacy agency operating in Mexico City that supports intended parents through every stage of an international surrogacy journey, from legal and clinical coordination to gestational carrier care.
In addition, Mike serves on the Marketing Board of the Society for Ethics in Egg Donation and Surrogacy (SEEDS) and on the Community Board of RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association — two organizations central to advancing patient access, professional standards, and ethical practice across the family-building field.
Mike, George, and their four-year-old twin sons, James and Anthony, are a daily reminder of why this work matters.
