Adrienne Black is the founder and CEO of Heart to Hands Surrogacy and a retired four-time surrogate who carried six babies for three families through surrogacy journeys spanning nearly a decade. With a background as a doula, childbirth educator, midwife, and legal assistant in a surrogacy law firm, Adrienne brings deep experience in the emotional, ethical, and practical aspects of family building. Since founding Heart to Hands in 2011, she has been committed to providing heart-based, ethical, and exceptional support to surrogates and intended parents. Adrienne is an active leader within the surrogacy community and currently serves as President of the Society for Ethics in Egg Donation and Surrogacy (SEEDS).
